
- 9.01 - Annual, Special or General
At least seven (7) days’ notice shall be given for any such meeting.
- 9.02 - Executive
Three (3) days’ notice shall be given for meetings of the Executive Committee.
- 10.01 - At all meetings of the association one third of the membership shall form a quorum.
- 10.02 - At all meetings of the Executive Committee five (5) members shall form a quorum of which one member must be either the President or First Vice President.
- 11.01 - Each member present at any meeting of the Association or Executive Committee shall be entitled to vote in accordance with article 3.03.
- 11.02 - At meetings of the Association the President shall have an original as well as a casting vote but all meetings of the Executive Committee, the chairman shall have a casting vote only.
- 11.03 - Save in the case of alterations and/or amendments to this Constitution and Rules for which expressed provision is made hereinafter, all decisions of the Association and its Executive Committee shall be by majority vote.

The Executive Committee shall be empowered to appoint at its first meeting in a new term the following Standing Committees:-
- 12.01 National Coaching Committee
- The National Coaching Committee shall consist five (5) members, not necessarily members of the Association. The Executive Committee shall appoint the Chairman and Secretary.
- 12.02 National Senior Selection Committee
- The National Senior Selection Committee shall comprise four (4) members who may or may note be members of the Association.
- The Executive Committee shall name the Chairman. The four members shall recommend the Captain which recommendation shall be subject to the approval of the Executive Committee. The Captain elect shall join the Selection Committee for the purpose of selecting National Teams to represent the Cayman Islands and naming the Cricketers of the Year.
- 12.03 National Youth Selection Committee
- The National Youth Selection Committee shall comprise five (5) persons including one member of the National Senior Selection Committee and four persons not necessarily members of the Association involved in the organization and promotion of youth cricket with the necessary cricket knowledge.
- The Executive Committee shall name the Chairman on the recommendation of the Committee.
- 12.04 Disciplinary Committee
- The Disciplinary Committee of the Association shall consist five (5) members, not necessarily members of the Association. The Committee shall be responsible for all matters of discipline referred to it and shall impose such penalties, as it considers reasonable in each circumstance. Appeals against decisions of the Disciplinary Committee shall be made to the Executive Committee who shall name a Special Disciplinary Tribunal for that purpose.
