- 6.01 - President
- The President shall preside at every meeting of the Association and shall be Chairman of the Executive Committee.
- 6.02 - First Vice President
- In the absence of the President at any meeting of the Association of Executive, the First Vice President shall enjoy for the time being the same rights as if he was President.
- 6.03 - Second Vice President
- In the Absence of the President and the First Vice President at any meeting of the Association or Executive, the Second Vice President shall enjoy for the time being the same rights as if he was President.
- 6.04 - Secretary
- The Secretary shall be responsible for keeping correct minutes of the proceedings of the Association and Executive Committee, official correspondence of the Association, records and statistics.
- 6.05 - Assistant Secretary
- Duties as outlined by the Secretary.
- 6.06 - Treasurer
- The Treasurer shall keep proper books of Accounts and shall receive all monies due to the Association and issue official receipts for same. He shall be responsible for the Annual Budget of the Association.
- He shall present quarterly statements of receipts and expenditure to the Executive Committee and an Audited Statement and Balance Sheet to the Annual General Meeting.
- He shall open accounts at such Bank or Banks as the Executive Committee may decide from time to time. Withdrawals on such accounts shall be authorized by two officers of the Executive Committee of which one shall be the President and in his absence the First Vice President.
- 7.01 - The Annual General Meeting of the Association shall be held in the month of October in every year at such time and place as may be deemed convenient by the Executive Committee. Whenever the Executive Committee considers it necessary, in the interest of the Association, to change the month of the Annual General Meeting it may do so provided that no such change causes the meeting to be held later than the 15th December of the year.
The meeting shall be held for the following purposes:-
- To confirm minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting.
- To receive the Secretary’s report on behalf of the Executive Committee.
- To receive and confirm the Treasurer’s Statement of Accounts and Audited Balance Sheet for the previous year.
- To elect Officers of the Executive Committee.
- To elect other members of the Executive Committee.
- To appoint Auditor(s).
- To elect Honorary Life Members and Honorary Members on the recommendation of the Executive Committee.
