• 3.08 - Corporate Membership
  The rights and duties of the Corporate member shall be as follows:-
  • (i) Corporate members shall pay an annual membership fee of CI$_______ payable on or before 1st August in any financial year. Such membership fee can be varied for any financial year at the Annual General Meeting.
  • (ii) The Corporate member shall be entitled to representation at the meetings of the Association and to enjoy all the right and privileges of a member except the right to vote.
  • (iii) The Corporate member shall be entitled to two Special Invitations for it officials to all local Representative, Regional and International matches organised by the C.I.C.A.
  • (iv) Corporate members shall be entitled to advertise in any publication issued by the Association at such preferential rate to be determined by the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee shall first approve the form of any such advertisement.
  • (v) The Association shall ensure whenever possible, that the names and types of business of the Corporate Members are promoted and supported by the clubs and players of the Association.

There shall be an Executive Committee of the Association with specific duties and authority as set out in Article 5.
The Executive Committee shall comprise:-

• The Officers as particularized in Article 3.01(1) and elected annually at the Annual General Meeting.
• Three other members elected annually at the Annual General Meeting, provided that such members shall only be elected from among the Ordinary membership save the Patron.

The Executive Committee shall be responsible for the management of the day to day affairs of the Association within stated policy and practice and shall have the following specific duties and authority.

• 5.01 - To elect as is necessary the Association representatives on any Regional or International organization to which the Association is affiliated/associated.
• 5.02 - To appoint members to represent the Association on any Committee or Organisation on which the Association is invited to serve.
• 5.03 - To appoint Assistant Secretaries of any Standing committees and Statisticians as necessary and determine their duties.
• 5.04 - To authorize expenditure in accordance with the approved Budget of the Association.
• 5.05 - To appoint sub-committees consisting of members and/or persons not members of the Association for such purposes as may be deemed necessary and expedient and fix the Terms of Reference of such sub-committees.
• 5.06 - To fill the vacancies occurring among Officers and Standing committees or in the membership of the Association as listed in Article 3.04 and make temporary appointments.
• 5.07 - To issue Regulations on competitions of the Association.
• 5.08 - To recommend to the Annual General Meeting of the Association, persons to whom the honor of Honorary Life Membership and Honorary Membership should be conferred.
