5.2 - Honorary Membership
  • 5.2.1 - Honorary membership shall be elected from persons who have made outstanding contribution to the development of CRICKET in the Cayman Islands
  • 5.2.2 - Honorary members shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting of the club on the recommendation of the Executive Committee. They shall enjoy all the rights and privileges of a member except the right to vote.

5.3 - Corporate Membership
  • 5.3.1 - Corporate members shall pay an annual membership fee of CI$___ payable on or before 1st August in any financial year. Such membership fee can be varied for any financial year at the Annual General Meeting. They shall enjoy all the rights and privileges of a member except the right to vote.
  • 5.3.2 - The Club shall ensure whenever possible, that the names and type of business of the corporate members are promoted and supported by the Club and players.


There shall be an Executive Committee of the Club with specific duties and authority as set out in Article 7. The Executive Committee shall comprise-

  • 6.1 - The Officers as stated in Article 5.01.1 and elected annually at the Annual General Meeting.
  • 6.2 - Two (2) members as stated in Articles 5.01.2 and elected annually at the Annual General Meeting provided that such members shall only be elected from among the ordinary membership.


The Executive Committee shall be responsible for the day to day affairs of the Club within stated policy and practice and shall have the following specific duties and authority.

  • 7.1 - To appoint as is necessary the Club’s representatives on any divisional, national or international organization to which the Club is affiliated or associated and/or invited to serve.
  • 7.2 - To authorize expenditure in accordance with the approved Budget of the Club.
  • 7.3 - To appoint sub-committees.
  • 7.4 - To issue Regulations.
  • 7.5 - To recommend to the Annual General Meeting of the Club persons to whom Honorary membership should be conferred.
  • 7.6 - To take disciplinary action as stated in Article 15.


The Executive Committee shall be responsible for the day to day affairs of the Club within stated policy and practice and shall have the following specific duties and authority.

  • 8.1 - The Applicant shall complete and submit the Application Form
  • 8.2 - 6.1The Application Form shall be before the Executive Committee at the meeting following receipt when it shall be accepted, rejected or deferred accordingly and in case the Applicant shall be informed within 30 days.
  • 8.3 - Each Application Form shall be accompanied with the appropriate fees.
  • 8.4 - Each Applicant on acceptance shall be provided with a copy of the Club’s constitution.
  • 8.5 - Applicants who are not accepted shall be refunded whatever fees paid.
